1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Piyards (piyards.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Piyards is an online real-estate marketplace that connects property owners, buyers, and licensed agents. We provide tools to list properties, express interest, communicate between parties, and receive proximity-based notifications about new listings.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Piyards.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listing and content rules

• All property listings must be accurate, truthful, and relate to real properties you own or are authorised to list.
• Listings are reviewed by administrators before becoming publicly visible.
• You must not post fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or illegal listings.
• Photos must depict the actual property and must not infringe third-party copyrights.
• You retain ownership of content you submit; by submitting it you grant Piyards a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

5. Agent accounts

• Agents may unlock one seller contact per week free of charge; additional contacts require a fee (currently Rs 49 per property).
• Contact details unlocked by agents must be used solely for legitimate property-related communication.
• Agents must not resell, redistribute, or misuse any contact information obtained through Piyards.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Piyards for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Harass, threaten, or spam other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights.

7. Payments and fees

Certain features (e.g. purchasing agent contact leads) require payment. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a purchase is demonstrably erroneous on our part.

8. Intellectual property

The Piyards name, logo, and platform design are the property of Piyards. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent. All other content on the platform belongs to its respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

• Piyards is a marketplace platform; we do not verify the physical condition, legal title, or valuation of any property.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing content provided by users.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piyards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to property transactions conducted between users.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Piyards after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
